Career guidance and assessment
From the first lunches we organised to help human resources managers find out about the Enneagram, we were struck by the particular interest displayed by assessment and outplacement organisations.
It was explained to us that they were well equipped in terms of evaluating skills and behaviours but not at all well in terms of drives. The Enneagram, made more easily accessible in terms of individual interviews thanks to the HPEI questionnaire, has proven to be a valuable tool that was missing in their 360 degree approach to personality.
As regards outplacement, support which is legally obligatory in Belgium for people over the age of 45 years who are made redundant , the Enneagram is especially relevant when approached in its entire evolutive dimension based on everything that makes up a person (Type + Wings and Poles + Subtypes).
